Greek Hotel Portfolio

Validity acted as the M&A advisor on behalf of the sellers, a prominent Greek Family for the sale of a Hotel Portfolio that included 3 Hotels, a five-star & a four-star Beach Resorts, as well as a five-star Beach City Resort in Crete, Greece, collectively 702 keys.

The sale price of the portfolio was 61m EUR, circa 10,5x EBITDA and 86.000 per keys. 

 

The new owners, an institutional buyer, intends to invest another 30 million euros in the renovation and modernisation of these three hotels and are currently in talks with hotel chains for the re-branding of the three properties.

The transaction was characterised as a top event by hotel market experts.
